Scripture Studies cover the Old Testament Exploration, especially the apocalyptic books [Daniel, Ezekiel, Zechariah and Jeremiah], and the
Book of Revelation. During the year 2006/2007 we have delved into the Book
of Jeremiah. This year (2008) we are studying the First Book of Isaiah
[Chapters 1-39]. Our next project will probably be the Book of Revelation
on request of the students. The students have a big influence on what will
be taught.
Our class promotes free and open-minded discussions. Our search
for knowledge includes discussing parallels, linking today's history with
that of the biblical past.
We meet on Monday evenings from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. We are
located in the Religious Education Office (CCD Room).

The study of the Bible will only enhance what we know of our Church

on the First Friday of each month for a Mass and renewal of
our devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Mass is held
at 6:30 pm on the First Friday in the parish church.
