“For you were called for freedom, brothers. But do not use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh; rather, serve one another through love.”

In light of another reminder of the freedom of the gospel, Paul elaborates on what Christians are called to do and be: they fulfill the law by love of neighbor, walking in the Spirit, as is illustrated by concrete fruit of the Spirit in their lives.
ALL CONFIRMATION CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A MINIMUM OF 10 SERVICE HOURS.
This year (2014-2015) candidates in Confirmation Year 2 are not require to do service hours. But is encourage to continue to love and serve other. One of the teachings of the Church is Corporal Work of Mercy. The best way to learn this is to put into action! Go out and help others and learn about the Church teachings.

Corporal Work of Mercy
The corporal work of mercy are: to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, visit the sick and the imprisoned, and bury the dead.
